Chocante!!
Rebbecca Gomperts no SIC 10 horas
Ensinam a mentir, a ocultar factos.
Respeito-as, aceito-as.
"The treatment of complications is the same as those of a spontaneous miscarriage. If there is a problem, you can always go to any doctor. The doctor will not be able to detect that the miscarriage is caused by Misoprostol. The doctor will treat you as if you had a spontaneous miscarriage."
"Misoprostol should never be used in a country where abortion is legal; Go to a doctor. It's better and safer. "
"In many countries medicines are sold by a pharmacy without prescription. Sometimes a prescription is needed for Misoprostol. It is less likely that one would need a prescription for Arthotec. Misoprostol is a medicine for stomach pain, Artrotec for pain in the joints. So ask for these medicines with those complaints. If there are problems in the pharmacy, maybe a male friend or partner will have less problems getting the medicines, or perhaps a doctor will prescribe them."
"The best way to use the Misoprostol or Artrotec is to put it under the tongue or in the space between gum and cheek for at least half an hour or a bit longer. After that, one can swallow the medicines. Another possibility is to put them in the vagina, but if the woman has to go to the hospital because of a complication, a doctor may find remains of the tablets. In some countries women can be prosecuted for having an abortion and doctors might report women if they find remains of the tablets. When Misoprostol is used in the mouth, a doctor can not detect it."
"The doctor in the hospital can not see whether a woman has a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage), or an abortion after using tablets (unless there are remains of tablets in the vagina), and one is not obliged to tell him or her. Doctors do have the obligation however, to help in all cases."
"If no abortion occurs, there is a small increased risk of limb deformities of the fetus due to contractions of the uterus. Doctors might consider this as a reason for a legal abortion. Officially, doctors are not allowed to tell the police that one has attempted an abortion before, even if the woman lives in a country where abortion is criminal. However, it has been known to occur in South American countries. Find a doctor you trust."
"A very strong bleeding two weeks or longer after the abortion might be a sign of abortion remains that need medical treatment by vacuum aspiration (curettage) . Women should go to the nearest hospital to seek help . In countries where women can be prosecuted it is not necessary to state that one tried to induce an abortion, women can also say they had a miscarriage. The treatment is the same and some hospitals denounce women who say they attempted to induce abortion."
Etc, etc, etc...
